Sunderland Culture, Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens and University of Sunderland, School of Art and Design have joined forces to deliver a series of takeovers responding to the themes and works within the Arts Council Collection exhibitions and projects taking place across the next two years for the National Partners Programme (NPP).

The first takeover responds to the exhibition ‘Received Wisdom’ in the Special Exhibitions Gallery. Twelve students have produced work which reflects on the works on display.

Featuring work by Rachel Jefferson, Jo Liddle, Lyn Killeen, Kevin Rudkin, Lisa Marie Thompson, Lorraine Lawler, Susan Bulley, Jane Young, Jess Watson, Cheyenne Moulin, Kelly Dunlop, Brett Dickson, James Hutchinson & Graham Mitchinson.
