FREE Drop in Craft Activities in the Theatre

10.30am – 12.30pm –Autumn Zine Workshop with artist Sally Anderson
Using pens, pencils, and sharpies to draw your own mini zine celebrating all our favourite colours and characters of autumn. Suitable for all ages 4+, all materials provided.

1 – 3pm – Leaf Crafts with artist Geri Mole
Using paint and acrylic markers decorate leaves to make autumn inspired decorative art work. Suitable for all ages 4+, all materials provided.


Art Gallery:
Shirley Wells – Textiles Exhibition

An exhibition of twelve silks representing each month of the year and depicting the changing seasons at Textile Artist Shirley Wells local nature reserve.

HAVE A GO AT SILK PAINTING
10am – 3pm, £5 per silk – drop in session during the craft fair no need to book

Silk painting is a very relaxing technique that can be very addictive. This is an opportunity to ‘have a go’ no matter what age you are. No need to book a place, just drop by and you will be provided with all you need with instructions given by Textile Artist Shirley Wells. You will be able to take inspiration from Shirley’s silk painted wall art being exhibited and take your own little masterpiece home with you. No drawing or painting experience required.
