It’s spooky season and that means it’s time for ghosts and witches and all things eery. And zines! Our tutor, James, will show you how to make simple one-page zines, and he has lots of horrifying ideas for what you can fill them up with.

This free, two-hour workshop – suitable for 8 to 10 year olds – includes everything you need to make your own weird little spell books and uncannily accurate fortune-tellers.

James Whitman is a writer, poet and zine-maker. He has made zines about everything from carrots to… turnips, and while his fortune-tellers are not quite as accurate as he’d like, even a stopped clock is right twice a day.
