Creatives Christmas Party

Join Sunderland Culture and creative practitioners, artists and freelancers from the city for a festive gathering! A chance to share some food and drinks, and to spend some time together, hatching plans for the new year.
There will be live music at 7pm from This Little Bird (aka. Creative Development Fellow Beccy Young) and a specially curated Christmas/ Sunderland playlist for dancing after that.
No problem with turning up late, bringing a friend or if you can’t attend the whole evening! Come and go as you need.

Staying safe
For the safety of party-goers and the staff at Pop Recs, we will be implementing enhanced Covid security checks for this event.
For entry to the event attendees will be required to demonstrate proof of Covid-19 status on arrival at the venue – we’re sending the info to people before the event.
Accepted certification includes:
- An NHS Covid Passport showing full vaccination
- Vaccine Card and Photo ID
- A negative lateral flow or PCR test within the previous 48 hours (test to be registered on the Government website and evidence of this presented) – PLEASE DO NOT BRING THE TEST STRIP!
- Proof of natural immunity following a positive Covid-19 test with isolation period completed
- A medical exemption
Any attendees NOT able to produce any of these will be temperature checked or offered a lateral flow test to gain admission.
Facemasks
We request that face masks are worn by all attendees when moving throughout the venue to help further reduce the risk of virus transmission.
Travel light
Pop Recs do not have a cloakroom, so only bring what you really need.
