Exhibition Preview – Rimaldas Vikšraitis: Daily Rituals of Work and Play

Join us for a preview of Lithuanian artist-photographer Rimaldas Vikšraitis’ first major UK exhibition. Daily Rituals of Work and Play spans nearly 40 years of Vikšraitis’ artistic practice and explores creativity and disability, challenges gender roles, and attests to ‘Europe’ as seen from its edge in Lithuania. Also currently on show is Lithuanian born and Newcastle based artist-photographer Janina Sabaliauskaitė’s first UK solo exhibition Sending Love- a love letter to her transnational LGBTQ+ community.
