Exhibition Special View – Fiona Crisp: Weighting Time

Join us for a special view of Fiona Crisp: Weighting Time, an exhibition across two venues exploring 30 years of the artist’s work.  

Crisp’s work explores how we might connect to spaces and ideas beyond our own lived experience. Across the exhibitions elements of her large-scale photography and film installations will be reconfigured and recontextualised to reveal new insights into our changing relationships to space, place and time.

The special view will take place across two venues, Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens between 4 – 5:30pm and Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art between 6 – 8pm. Feel free to come to one or both venues.

You are warmly invited to also attend our exhibition tour by artist Fiona Crisp taking place at Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens (5 – 5:30pm) to hear more about Crisp’s work and the exhibition Weighting Time.

Fiona Crip: Weighting Time is on display at Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens until 3 June 2023 and at Northern Gallery for Contemporary Art until 3 September 2023. Both venues are free to visit.
