• Mushroom arancini served with green salad and a red pepper & basil dip
• Smoked salmon and crab parcel served with green salad and a lemon mayonnaise
• Fried black pudding served with crispy pancetta topped with a peppercorn sauce on a bed of watercress

• Butter and thyme roasted chicken served with sage & onion stuffing, roast potatoes, mashed potato, seasonal vegetables, a Yorkshire pudding and rich roast gravy
