Join Sunderland Culture at the Great Place Culture Village on the 22nd and 23rd of June at Hetton Lyons Country Park.

As part of the Hetton Carnival, the Great Place Culture Village will be home to a mini-festival full of free drop-in workshops, performances and demonstrations for all ages!

Become a circus performer in aerial workshops with Bare Toed Dance Company, get creative with

local artists, dance to fantastic music, join the silent disco, try some family yoga, and learn some yummy local recipes with the Canny Cook.

Come along, meet the team and enjoy two whole days of creative, invention and imagination!
