Sculptural Flameworking Weekend – Cube & Structural Forms

Two days of creating works of art using flameworking.

Through a combination of demonstrations and free practice time, starting with the basics we will build a vocabulary of flameworking skills that will form a solid grounding to move forward using flameworking as an art form.

Using clear borosilicate glass rods we will experiment and practice techniques making a number of sculptural forms and components on day one. Moving forward with our learnt skills on day two let your imaginations run wild and make your very own sculptural designs using components joined together to make larger scale works including cubes & structural forms.

Saturday & Sunday (2 day course) / 10.00 – 16.00 / £150 / Age 16+

Lunch Break 12.30 – 1.30pm, bring your own lunch or it is advised to pre-order your lunch in the restaurant.
