Online Creative Business Planning Sessions

Online, via Zoom

6 July, 10am- 3pm ONE DAY

13 August, 10am- 3pm ONE DAY

At this challenging time, many creative businesses and organisations are looking to the future and considering how they adapt what they do. New enterprises are also looking to take advantage of new opportunities.

As part of the Unlock the City programme, join Victoria Moodie from NE BIC to sketch out your business plan at this free workshop, using a technique known as the Business Canvas Model.

This is a tool which can help you set up, expand or change the direction of your creative business or organisation. It’s a visual chart displaying all of the key elements you need to consider. You will also get the opportunity to discuss your plans in detail with a creative business advisor.
