Serenity in the Garden – Morning Meditations

Start your day in the beautiful and peaceful setting of the Winter Gardens, learning meditation techniques to help you build inner calm and tranquillity with wellbeing practitioner Shaney Barton.

Using conscious breath, grounding and visualisation techniques, each session will have a slightly different focus helping you to cultivate inner quietude, disconnect from the chaos of the outside world and connect to a never-ending spring of peace within.

Bring a cushion and/or mat to sit on, a blanket for comfort and a journal and pen for reflections and observations. Classes are suitable for all genders.
