The Sunderland Social Prescribing team is excited to be part of the Where We Are Now exhibition learning programme. Staff will be on site to provide information to the people of Sunderland about how our service can help residents to be more connected with their community. The team can help anyone with a social issues such as housing, financial, physical and mental wellbeing and social isolation. Please come along and say hello.
