Sing the Monday blues away by joining ACW in a special online choir session led by Sinead Florence Livingston! Singing together is a great way to keep healthy and there is no better time to take part in a positive activity that will boost your mental health and wellbeing. We have a special repertoire of songs to keep us going and to keep us smiling and positive about the future. It is also a lovely opportunity to stay connected with each other and feel part of a little online community.

Where will the session take place?

The session will happen through the online app Zoom which is a platform that allows virtual meetings and video chats with a large number of participants. All you need to do to be able to join Zoom meetings is:

A phone, iPad or computer/laptop
An Internet connection
Download Zoom on your device
A link to the Zoom meeting.

Everyone who has booked on the link below will be e-mailed the access code at 10am on Monday
