The Postcard Project Family Sessions: Over the Rainbow

Monday 16 August, 1pm and 2.30pm

At the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, lots of people designed rainbows to hang in their windows as messages of hope and togetherness. What do you think of when you see a rainbow now?

During the session, you can design incredible rainbow images on your own pack of four postcards inspired by the Arts Council Collection artworks in the exhibition, ‘Where We Are Now’. When you’re done, choose one to post back to Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens and pop it in our post box. You can take the others home to keep or give to friends and family!

If you have booked a session but are running late or are unable to attend on the day please let us know by e-mailing [email protected]. In the case of no shows, tables will be released to other visitors 15 minutes after the activity has started.
