Tuesday Museum Club: Building Bridges

Wearmouth Bridge was once the largest iron bridge in the world, find out more about it and Sunderland’s other bridges.  Then work together to build a bridge using paper and then Knex.

The Tuesday Museum Club is Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens monthly session for home educated families with children aged 5 – 11 years old. It takes place on the first Tuesday of each month and is a fun way of learning about history, science and art through the Museum collections.

£3.50 per child per session, adults go free. Places can be pre-booked using the “Book Now” button or via the Museum Shop.
