  • What COVID-19 safety measures do you have in place?

    Customers will be required to comply with the latest government guidance around COVID-19. This section will be continually updated in-line with public heath advice so do check back for relevant information closer to the time of your visit.

    All ticket holders will be contacted via email nearer the event with details of current policies.

  • I have tested positive for COVID-19 and can no longer attend – can I get a refund?

    Refunds or exchange will be available for customers who provide proof of a positive test taken 24 hours before the event.

  • Is the auditorium ventilated?

    The Fire Station ventilation system is the safest possible system on the market. There is an individual supply air slot under every seat in the stepped seating areas with no recirculation of air. This “lamina flow” of air past each member of the audience is the safest possible method for helping to prevent transmission of viruses between audience members.   

    For standing events, there is supply from the perimeter of the standing room area, but if you have a seat, the supply remains from under your seat.
