Calligraphy: An Introduction to Foundational Hand

Thursdays 6 + 13 March, 6.30 – 8.30pm, £30 for both sessions

Foundational Hand is a traditional calligraphy script written with a broad-edged pen and a great introduction for beginners to ‘the art of beautiful writing’. In this two-part workshop, calligrapher Angela Reed will help you get to grips with a calligraphy pen, before moving on to basic strokes and the creation of letters and words. The ticket price includes a starter kit for use during the sessions and to keep afterwards.
