Fun, free dance classes designed to improve fitness for adults aged 50 – 65.
Suitable for beginners, each session will feature different styles of music with the emphasis on fun, enjoyment, and building confidence!
Saturday 25th January, 10 – 11.30am – Mamma Mia Madness: Learn the iconic dance moves from the beloved musical accompanied by Abba soundtrack
Wednesday 29th January, 7 – 8.30pm – Texas Hold ‘Em Hoedown: Get your boots on for a line dance frenzy.
