Event description
Mind on the Music is a community music project for adults aged 30+, with the aim of promoting wellbeing through the creation of music.
The project gives participants the opportunity to learn the basics of songwriting, recording, production and mixing in a professional studio setting.
We work as a group to make a song from an initial idea to the finished recording, collaborating and learning new skills along the way.
