Winner of the 2023 Spotlight Washington Open Exhibition.

Anita’s creations are all inspired by the incredible beauty found in nature. This exhibition explores a variety of subjects; from portraits that capture the essence of character through expressive lines, to her playful approach with mixed media.

Anita builds Layers of history with driftwood, ashes from burnt diaries, tea leaves or various other recycled items. Delicious colours of paint also dance and sparkle across the canvas to express her emotions and experience of the world around her.
