Join us for a unique wellness session combining Qigong movement and flow, gentle breath work, meditation and simple light work and visualisation techniques.

Each week we will flow through the Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi – a gentle practice of 18 moves to restore calm and build power and protection in the body. Combined with grounding, visualisation and guided meditation practice, this class will help you to regulate and restore your nervous system, balance body and mind, as well as strengthening your meditation practice.

This course will meet on Wednesdays at 7pm – 8.30pm each week for three weeks and is suitable for beginners and those continuing their Qigong learning.

Wear loose comfortable clothing. Comfy flat shoes are optional, so you may wish to wear thick socks.
