Event description

Join the staff from the Museum and University of Sunderland to celebrate World Anatomy Day with a fun family session exploring bones and skeletons.

Examine the joints of the human skeleton to investigate how our bones fit together to allow movement, support and stability at the same time – the design of your skeleton is amazing! Use an ultrasound machine to look inside the body at the wrist joint and watch your tendons wiggle as you move your fingers.
